In the walkthrough of HotU, when reading Lith My'athar - West at place 7 it says there are Red Dragon Boots, were do i find these?

They arent on the list nor are the Prismatic Dragon Boots(But i found them at the spot)

So i ask, were are the Red Dragon boots that are mentioned?

BAH!! I found them and the prismatic boots, but I cant help you because I cant remember where I found them. BAH once more!!
They ARE in the game though, if its any consolation. lol.
