While playing through SOA, Jahiera and Aerie seem to bicker, so why isn't that up on the NPC area?? Do you know where I am talking about??

I wouldn't even call it a spoiler, so I don't think it has any effect on anything.

The site pretty much only focus on NPC conflicts that end in mortal combat or are of comedic value. Since this constant bickering don't fit within either of these, it's easy to see why they left it out.
If they included every single conversation between every NPC, that would probably be a hundred pages long. And anytime you have two 'romancable' NPCs in your gorup, they will eventually start bickering, but it never leads to physical combat. If you've stopped a romance attempt from an NPCs before this, then you would avoid the fight.
