Ok it really sucks. I cant open ANY of the chests in Dragon Eye. I have the latest patch. I tried bashing (with enhancing spells and potions too), ive tried picking (again with spells and potions too), and ive tried talking softly to the computer... all has failed. Is this some bug? I hear other people with the chest problem, but no solutions.

If you are at lvl4 then some chests can only be opend on a certain day.
Have you tried a knock spell, or boosting strenght before bashing?

Tried all of that... and its levels 2 & 3.

I had the same problem. I drank master theiving potion and it worked.
