nasher's cloak?

does anyone no where to find nasher's cloak and his gloves
Cloak*: You find this in a cave in West of the Environs in the area with the entrances to the Beholders, Illithids, and Undead Cult quests in Chapter Two.
Gloves*: Can be purchased from an Illithid merchant in Chapter Two.
