I killed this guy while traveling around... Now i have his "quest" on the diary, i hate when the quests remains on the quest list..
How can i finish the quest? What shall i do?

The quest is from Fort Moonmoth. The same guy that gives you the Commona Tong Bloodbath quest gives you the outlaw quest. Talk to him to get the quest and then again to say its been done and collect a small monetary reward. That should take care of the journal entries.
