Idea for a Character (SPOILERS Included!!)

I am thinking about trying out this character for my fifth time through. Does anyone want to give me any suggestions, other than don’t use armor. I plan on concentrating on repair (for HK-47) and persuade. I prefer using scouts because of the free implnats and extra skill points.
Scout 5/ Guardian 15 DS using fully upgraded Heavy Exoskeleton from Yavin 4. The fully upgraded armor has the following statistics.
Defense Bonus 13
Max Dexterity Bonus +2
Constitution +3
Strength +3
My plan is to concentrate on strength since it will add damage to my lightsaber and Baragwin Assault Blade (best sword in the game rivals ligthsabers) hits, and it will be my modifier for the lightsaber, too. My starting characteristics will be:
Strength 16
Dexterity 9
Constitution 13 (will be upgraded from armor)
Intelligence 10
Wisdom 14 (I like to have more force points and it helps powers)
Charisma 14 (I like to use persuade and it helps powers)
Wisdom and Charisma modifiers give a +4 to the Force Powers rolls* *correct me if I’m wrong
After upgrades and equipment
Strength 30 (+5 from upgrades, +3 armor, +4 GenoHaradon gloves, +2 CNS Belt)
Dexterity 14 (+5 Advanced Alacrity Implant)
Constitution 16 (+3 armor)
Intelligence 10
Wisdom 14
Charisma 14
Feats (12 total)
3x 2 handed weapons
3x Critical Strike
3x Toughness (maybe only first and something else)
(2) Lightsaber Focus and Speicalization
Implant Level 3
Force Powers (16 total)
3x Force Wave
3x Choke
2x Dominate mind
3x Insanity
(2) Slow, Affliction
2x Energy Resistance (this or Throw Lightsaber)
Burst of Speed (take off armor and run around faster)
