Notes: This guy makes Scropp look weak. Can weild all weapons side from pole arms in one hand. Only killable with acid, his ring guards him from fire (sun or lighting based damage oddly does not apply as fire starting).

In either case they seem to be on par although I rarely take them since they're chaotic evil and I rarely play with an evil alignment.
