Walking Death

Post by i4v02v95i5p09k9 »

I was experimenting with fortify Intelligence potions today, and after I got my Intel. up to about 22 million, I decided to make some potions of shield.. Well, I made a frost shield potion that would just last for days.. thing is, I made it in Vivec, walked outside and of course the Ordinators wanted to play with me. But as soon as he got near me, he seemed to have a cardiac arrest and fell over, dead. I thought "eh?" so I decided to walk up to another ordinator and say hi by smacking him in the head with a few swings of my Claymore.. But before I could draw my weapon, he too fell over dead! Does my guy have massive amounts of Nerevarine B.O? Or does frost shield damage people who get near you/attack you?

Well just thought I'd share that little story with the lot of you.. and ask my question so I know whether I can talk to people in town for the next couple of game months..
What a wonderous love it is
To bind two souls in faith,
Chained completely together
With never a false word,
Weal and woe, wish and real,
Woven each together
From first kiss to last breath
First and last whispered in love

freaky  If that happened to ordinators, quite possibly it'll happen to others as well. Unless, of course, ordinators have a peculiar weakness to frost that nobody else has. :p

Oh no no, it seems to be whatever is hostile to me? I guess my snowflakes just happen to know which NPC/Creature is friendly or not.. lol

What would be interesting is if the effect continues after the frost shield wears off. That might indicate data corruption.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

If only Dagoth had only 1 life.... He actually comes back to life again after the first itme you kill him. (You fight him for the final time in the Heart Chamber)

Are you sure its that shield? frost shield shouldnt do any damage, only add armor and spell resistance.... Maybe its some enchantment or something...
