Hello!

Now this may be a really silly question, but how can i see what is my Speech and Barter ratings? What stat should i raise in order to advance them?

It's been a while, but IIRC speech and barter are connected to your diplomacy skill. So if you raise diplomacy, you'll also raise speech and barter.
