I was up in Sheogorad doing the quest for the Spear from Sheogorath and I go to the islang with the giant bull netch. So I look around and I see a tomb, so of course I go raiding. Once inside i kill all the bonelords and such and come to a normal chest at the end and open it to find some other weapon and a dwarven longsword. Has anyone else done this b/c I'de only seen dwarven shortswords until now? Might this be a one of a kind thing or just some mod I have, though I don't think I have any dwarven mods.

PS- It was Nelas Ancestral Tomb or something like that

Never seen one myself, but hey why the hell not, they got every other weapon in the game.. I just wish I could use those bigass xbows at some of their ruins .. hehehehe

That would be fun, man them and wait for an onslaught of Golden Saints.... Nice.

Lol hell yeah, just line a few o' dem suckers up with like a hundred Grand Soul Gems, then soul cast them all with like a spell that does soul trap for 60 seconds in 100 ft and let her fly.. muahahahaha

I'd use the big gun to kill Cliff Racers just because they're so annoying. Maybe a projectile the size of their body'll make them think differently about attacking me.

claymore or longsword?
there are 10 dwarven claymores in the game and no longswords so its either a mod or its a claymore

No it's a longsword, must be a mod i guess

I'm pretty sure that alot of the loot in the game is randomly generated so it could be just that, but to tell you the truth I have never found a dwarven longsword before so maybe a mod.

What kind of mods do you have installed?

Could Sea of Destiny do it, I installed that 2 days before i found the longsword. Illuminated Order, Ash Mail Armor, Metal Queen Botique, Knights or Tamriel and a few others that wouldn't place possibly place a longsword in a random chest in Sheogorath

there is no Dwarven Longsword in the CS but a mod probably placed it in the random dwemer loot leveled list...
