I let my rogue go cause she was stuck is there any way to get
her back in to my party?

I take it you mean stuck in the terrain, no, you have to go back to a previous save or restart, unless this might work, i have not tried it, if there is a fight nearby, get into the fight, run to the room with the stuck character and kill them with area effect spell, then raise them elsewhere
