loading problem

whenever i try to load a game, an error messege pops up saying "an assertion failed in InfScreenLoad.cpp at line number 1451" does anyone know how to fix this?
The thing i do when games have problems is:
1. Backup your savegame
2. Re-Insrall
3. But your savegame back in the right folder and continue playing
As for your error message i have no idea
