Where is Balthazar????

Ok so I am all the way to teh second meeting with Balthazar and he is NOT there. I have left the game sitting fo ran hour with me standing infront of his thrown and he is not there. I have ran the patches, tried other ways of entering the monetary and still nuttin. Anyone have any idea or run into this problem????

Woah, that's never happened to me before, you could try and summon him with the console. His Clua console name is BALTH and CUTBALTH I dunno which is best, i'd go with the first one.

Have you finished all but one of the pocket-plane challenges?
One time I noticed that after being issued with the final challenge (the big slayer and his bone dagger pets), I wanted to go top-side before doing it. One of the options I got from the exit portal was 'Finish this once and for all', which means you go to the final Throne of Bhaal area and can't come back. I didn't try the option to see if it worked, but thought it was interesting I even got the option since I hadn't finished the last pocket-plane challenge.
