Game only started once.

Sorry for posting this here, but, the TOEE support seems to be absolutely useless.
I was able to play the game once and that was it. Now whenever I start the game again I get a Internet Explorer type window that pops up with the title 'No Page to Display'.
I tried installing the game in multiple other directories with still no luck.
Any ideas?
