I am standing in the middle of the ring of Brodgar; the evil elven high Priest of the Panari Temple told me to go there, so he can meet me. But nothing is happening. Why?

Hi again, I'd like to add that I showed the vendigroth device to the elven high priest of the Panari temple (I already had the device because I completed the Ancient gods quest), we talked for a while and then he told me to go to the ring where he would meet me. I am there now, but nothing is happening. Any ideas?

Have you tried walking around a bit? Possibly the trigger point for the meeting event is small. Alternatively, you can try leaving the area again, and reentering.

Thanxs Fable. I tried again without showing the Vedigroth device to the high priest at the Panari Temple, then i met him at the ring and it worked this time.

Is the priest at the ring? If not then something is wrong.
My memory of this part of the game is that the priest asks you to get the device, you get the device, and then the next time you go to the ring he's standing there.
Your description makes it sound like you had the device before you talked to him. Is that what happened? Possibly doing things in that order is just buggy.

Yes, I had the device before seeing the priest. Now I'm fighting Kerghan, but he doesn't seem to die. I gave the device to the priest before in the ring, when he asked me to. Is there a way to kill him anyway?

I didn't play evil characters too much (among other things, the evil alternatives are buggier than the good ones), but I was under the impression you don't need to use the device to kill Kerghan if you give it to the priest.
Is Kerghan retreating into a shell, or are you just unable to kill him?

I didn't want to join with him. I didn't feel that evil

He was retreating into his shell, indeed. And when he as in his shell, he was invulnarable.
