I was wondering, You get bonus Spells For having High Wisdom , But it doesn't say whatfor , Are these just for priest spells? r do they count for Mage as well? Also the Chance of Spell failure, Does that apply to mages too?

Only clerics and druids get bonus spells for high wisdom. There are no bonus spells for mages in bg2. Spell failure occur when a spellcasters gets interrupted during casting. This applies to both clerics druid and mages. If you are referring to chance to learn spell it is only mages(wizards and bards) that has to worry about that. It is dependant on intelligence but is bugged so I suggets playing on normal difficulty if you are a mage.

Thanx for the Explanation But In my Manual the Wisdom table Shows a " %of Spell failure" which gets lower as wisdom goes up

Don't trust you manual blindly. Clerics are supposed to have a wisdom of 18 to be able to cast level 7 spells but that does apply either. I mean Anomen has 12!!!
