every time i try to initiate dialouge wiht most characters it says you cannot talk as they appear busy. THis is highly frustraiting as i cant sell my goods. It only started occuring after i installed ToB two days ago. Does anyone know why?

Fwiw, if you have XP it's a pretty common bug. But, in any case do download the offficial patch.
