game starting bug...

finally got to a PC where KOTOr will run!!!
but argh
!
installed the game, and when i try to run it ("game" ffrom the launcher) i get the following message:
"The procedure entry point GetRawInputDeviceInfoW could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.dll"
anyone, please!!
running on windows 2000.
