Hey guys, this question has always bothered me. Which is a better mace, Skullcrusher or upgraded disruption. I probably have to go with upgraded disruption seeing you can spank vampires. I have seen old posts and noticed that its about half and half, so whats the virdict? Skullcrusher or Disruption

considering how many undead you fight, the protection you get with the mace of disruption is absolutely priceless

Yep, take the Mace of Disruption it comes in handy. Of course the best scenario is to take both and equip as necessary.

Of course, Scullcrusher is better because it is +3 and Mace of Disruption is +2 but... But if there are level-draining nasties around? The Mace of Disruption gives to one of your guys a permanent immunity to level drain.
Therefore, both Scullcrusher and Mace of Disruption are excellent items. Both of them should be in your inventory.

i agree with radek, the mace of disruption is really good if u upgrade it but the scullcrusher is also very good because there are a lot of humanoid enemys arround.

Just borrowing this post because I don't want to start a new one

On the topic of the Mace of Disruption, I've heard that you can get it upgraded. How and where?
I don't know how good this improved Mace of Disruption is, so this might sound stupid- which one is better, the improved Mace of Disruption, or Crom Faeyr?

To upgrade the Mace of Disruption,you'll need the real Ilithium Ore (the one found on Neb after you killed him ) and the Mace of Disruption.You can get it upgraded by giving the two items mentioned above to Cromwell (of course,you'll have to pay him some gp as well

)

I've already given Sarles the illithium ore... anyone know what the code for the ore is for CLUAConsole?

Well, mace of disruption +2 is considered +5 weapon (funny, eh?), so you can just hit anything in the game, and Kangaxx too (although he would not be killed by failing saving throw). Mace of disruption is +3 enchanted weapon. Hope this helps
