(Bloodmoon) Need a console command to "make" that Skaal skull.

Lost the original Skaal skull (the one you get after "Disappearing Carius" quest) and I need a new one. Some console command should do the trick but I don't know what I should write in there. I hope some of you guys could help me.
Thanks in advance.
BTW. Is there a webpage that has a list of all the commands?

Open up the TES Editor. After you load the files you want to look at, just search through it. If you know the name of what you're looking for, you can find its ID. There's a search function, but it's rather nasty, so I'll usually just sort the list alphabetically and start searching. You can find anything... spells, enchantments, items, scripts, the works. Good for getting what you need in a pinch. I had the same problem with the skull for the Orcish necromancer lady in the Balmora Mage's Guild, and this saved me a trip back to every merchant on Vvardenfell to find who I'd sold it to...
