10th level sorcerer

My currect sorcerer is now level 10 and has cone of cold, but that's it...is there a way to make it so that you can get more than one 5th level spell? 
AFAIK - no
but you could use the meta feats to use lower spells as fifth level spells ! (i.a. empowered fireballs
).
