How can I teleport myself and my friends whenever and wherever I want?
Are there any ways other than scrolls?

If you have a wizard in your party they can learn the teleport spell (once they are of sufficient level) and memorize it as desired. Of course once your wizard has it in their spell book they can scribe their own scrolls of teleport and not have to waste a spell slot for it.
Outside of that I have found no artifacts that allow instantaneous travel – discounting of course the bugs in the game that cause it to travel (i.e. crash) to the desktop.

Don't Clerics with the Travel domain gain Teleport as their 5th-level domain spell?

I have found using the flee combat option, outside of combat, cuts down on my travel time and the annoyance of trying to make my party run a large distance. It just pops you to where you came in, just like you were in combat. It isnt as good as teleport, but it helps a little.

I had to thumb through the manual to double check, but indeed they do.
A very good point.
