i killed all of the demons and i hacked him to neardeath in no time but now he wont tell his death speech. what did i do wrong??
i killed him before and when he reached ner death his speech came imedatly but now. i use all kinds of spell but he kees making save vs death's i had cost 8 greater mallision on him and 5 lower resistens
and still he wont die
please help!

Irenicus can regenerate at a pretty fast rate.

Actually, at the end of the game, I believe he can. This is just because he's in slayer form though, not because he has innate regeneration abilities.

Maybe, but I don't think the Slayer boosts your CON. I know it sets your STR and DEX to 25, but not your CON.

The slayer can regenerat. I think it's on the site

i know he can regenarate
but i was hacking on him my whole party and did over 500 damage and he would still have Near death or making saves vs death
who does he doe that???

@TheDude...I believe it's going to be a bug...reload and fight him again....for some reason if you score a massive hit when Irenicus is already low on HP (Near-death) it causes this to happen..It happen to me once...maybe this will help.

Yes, it seems like an "arithmetic overflow" kinda bug. I got a similar situation earlier with Bodhi after a Sunray or similar spell - she was "Near Death" for ages. I had a pretty recent save as backup, so i tried leaving the game on and went eating - Bodhi was still alive when I returned (though not fighting back) but when I thought I should quit the game she died. Just like that.

Irenicus does not "die" in that sense, he must give a speech before lossing all his new powers (and you get your soul back), make sure that you are not invisible to trigger that event.

@Drakron...that's what I meant....for some reason I hit him in a way that the game never let the scene happen....I just didn't try and wait....I reloaded after about 20 mintues...It might straighten out given enough time.

I had similar experience like the one Weasel mentioned.Propably if you hit him continiously,the game don't have the time to "execute" the final speech scene.

When this happened,i just stopped hitting him.He made one last attack and then the speech jumped in.This happened at least two times in my games-one with a full-party,one with a solo character.So try to discontinue your attacks at this point and see what happens.
