me berserker 5*war hammer,2sword and shield style,3bastard sword.i have plate of balduran,crom faeyr and sentinel shield.Valygar:celestial fury dual wield with corthala family blade.Keldorn:red dragon scales,carsomyr.Jaheira:armor of the hart,staff of the woodlands.aerie:robe of vecna,staff of magi,sling of everard.Imoen:short bow of gesen,robe of good archmagi.
the choses i made are well-considered,aerie because it's good to have 2 spellcaster(imoen,aerie),think of breach and lower resistance spells.and so i have also a cleric.Valygar, because he is simply better then Minsc,a better ranger,backstabber and he can wield the very good katana's(like celestial fury).That doesn't take away that Minsc is also a good npc, but valygar is better.(also his armor contain good resistances).Keldorn, because he is damn good,his spells true sight,dispel magic, his weapon carsomyr.Jaheira,imoen:doesn't have to explain.it's a well balanced party over whole the line:i have a paladin(inquisitor),ranger(stalker),fighter-druid(Jaheira),mage-thief(imoen),mage-cleric(aerie),and me berserker.with - 13 armor class and crom.i have 2 crushing(me,jaheira),2slashing(valygar,keldorn),2piercing(aerie,imoen)damagers.it's a good-aligned party.
it was the3 time i played the game and i intended to do perfect, so that i can import my final save in throne of bhaal.the most difficult fight :twisted rune.the 2 errors in the game:bugs in the romances,and the 3 forests,beautifull, but no queest and much to do.now i know the game by head, and i must say, it's the best game ever!!
but very addicting and i am looking forward to TOB, but i regret the fact that there is going to be only one new NPC(Sarevok).IMO Sarevok is a bad choise(nothing is sure,but...)oh:favorite spellsbreach,pierce magic,magic missile,greater malison,sequencer.cleric:sunray,bolt of glory,and holy smite(a very good one).Best critical hit:me berserker on a Balor 68.

my figher=5 longbow pts, 5 longsword pts, 3 2weapon style pts. thaco=-16, and -12 offhand. 211HP, -7 AC. lvl 26.
5 attacks per round. best critical=70

mage=around 15 lvl 9 spells, 10 lvl 8, and almost all 1-7. 57HP, lvl 16(made him recently)

thief=110+ HP 130+ in all thieving skills lvl 30

The difference is your guys are way above the exp cap. Its comparing apples to oranges when you compare xp cap removed characters to parties that are made legimiately. IMO the only reason to remove the exp cap is for a solo game.

cool, but cheated, i prefer doing the game by the rules, without experience cap remover,etc...

Why should you remove the experience cap for soloing? Isn't that just as illegit? I fought long hours and countless reloads to get my monk solo work down. Granted I have a different definition of soloing but nevertheless, my character has been stuck at 21 for the majority of the game.
