Now I'm just about to venture there but if you have Victoria, pointless question since I don't, are they still hostile or can you enter by yourself?

Well, you can only enter after seeing the Siver dragon, she cast a spell that makes you look like a drow (you and all in the party), so none is hostile towards you.
Viconia is from menzo, not from there....

To enter the Drow City unattacked, you must...
