After I unintstall the Game BG2, I wanted to play the agem again, but somehow, I didn't uninstall the hole dame thing. It's still there somewhere, and I can not install the game again. Neither can I find to erase the last files, so I can install BG2 again. Any idea what the damn problem might be??

How did you unistall the game?
My guess is that the registation file is still on, you can try to install the game by using "setup.exe" instead of autorun.
It sould work.

Here is an idea: Format C: and reinstall Windows. But I think only addicted BGII players would actually do this.
But seriously: I think Drakron Du´Dark is probably right, Something to do with the registration, maybe you can find some info on the problem on the offcial BGII homepage.

I have tried to do the Setup many times, but nothing really happens actually..

But how can I delete the Registration files for BG2?

Let me ask you this, do you have the original game or do you have a copy? the warezversions of the game often use reg files to import regestries so they can fool the copy protection of the game, these files wil often stay in the registry, So if you ever had one of the warez versions on your PC and you decided to buy the original and install it. It could think that BG is still installed, beacuse Warez versions don't have a nice clean uninstall.
BGII is certainly a game worth buying.

I do have the original BG2 game :O) I am just P## that i can't install it again..
