Korgan talking crazy!

I am getting Korgan telling me to take care of some "ranger pup that the wizard hired me for". Is it possible he is talking about Valygar? I chose the good route with Valygar (I'm a mage), and had him in my party til I picked up Keldorn. Now that he is gone, Korgan is spouting up. Is this right?

Did you finish the planar sphere quest before kicking valygar out?

Yes the planar sphere is done, I still have my apprentices working on their second project.

Did you talk to Tolgerias prior to finding Valygar? Perhaps he means that you should finish with him?

Actually, I have a similar ocurrence... Yoshimo keeps saying something like "I'm not worried. I'm sure this delay is only a temporary setback"
Not sure what he's refering to either.

Not sure what he's refering to either.
I believe he starts saying that when your reputation get higher than he likes

I talked to Tolgerias before I got Valygar. Told him I would kill Valygar. Went back and said I changed my mind. Did the Planar Sphere and killed Tolgerias. Planar is now my stronghold. Only thing I still have going on is the apprentices are making my second task. Is this just a glitch with Korgan?

Very likely, the same does happens in talking with some NPC after doing the quest and they say something in these lines "good luck finding your friend" and Imoen is on the party.

yea also like talking to deleon or whatever the little boy who tells you about his village needing help...even after completing the quest if you talk to him...he's still talking about his village needing help...
