Thanks to all thoughs that helped me on my last posts.

On my Aeries post i now feel very guilty and will carry the orge sword till the end of the game as a sign of respect.

However to my new post now.

is it worth talking to everyone or just the ppl with names...ie. do u get quests from commoners, peasents and the like.

also can u leave weapons and items in say a chest in inns cause (apart from areies orc sword..lol) i do not wanna sell some items yet but do not wanna carry them.

thanks in advance

Most people that hold quests differes in looks from commoners - and IIRC most of them will also display a name. I can't remember a quest given from somebody without a name (ei. commoner etc.)

I put my weapons and items in the Den of Seven Vales, its in Waukeen's promenade.
It allows me to go to Adventurers Mart to sell stuff.
Copper Coronet would also work out.
Its best to use an inn near a district exit so d=you don't waste too much time walking through area.
You could use the Crooked Crane also, but there isn't any merchant nearby.

You don't have to talk to everybody. Most quest related people, automatically talk to you, or are dressed differently(in armor)

I usually leave any items I don't want but don't want to sell in my stronghold...and seen as you will be going back there regularly it's quite good

I also don't remember receiving quests from comonners/etc.

I just talk to them for fun!

I'm talkative :D
Being an Evil Overlord seems to be a good career choice. It pays well, there are all sorts of perks and you can set your own hours. However every Evil Overlord I've read about in books or seen in movies invariably gets overthrown and destroyed in the end. I've noticed that no matter whether they are barbarian lords, deranged wizards, mad scientists or alien invaders, they always seem to make the same basic mistakes every single time. Therefore, if I ever happen to become an Evil Overlord, ...

Um, some peasants sorta give quests. They say stuff like 'I heard there's trouble in blah blah etc.' just a hint

Traditionally, my parties have always left their excessive goodies in the upstairs slave quarters in the slum, until they free up the Planar Sphere. (Since I usually play some kind of mage, I end up with that stronghold.)
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

Put stuff in a container; it stays. Put stuff on the ground; it goes away in a few days or so, unless it's a quest item.

Put stuff in what is going to be your stronghold; it goes away. When you get the stronghold, the map is replaced.
