IM doing the thife quest in Rivatin

after the part where the leader of the guard force casts a spell on me and tells me to go to gov district in Athkatla i just get killed by some mages who remove my soul, HELP!

Well, enearlly ur supposed to go to the gates adn ask for the guy that passes thorugh. Then u go to gov. and inside talk o one of the new dudes that was never there. Cutscenes should start...do u have the patch?

ohh yeah forgot i had to go to the gates, stupid no journal thing well thx for the help

Never a problem, it helps to write stuff urself in ur journal, thats what i do

there is a journal, go to the journal button, then press the bottun that says "journal" and it should say some of the quests. (i noticed its severely bugged and sometimes doenst list the quests).

i have problems with that quest too: after i do the pirate group and blah blah, i have to go to deep mir forest and find some drow activity. i go there and to the right of the screen u meet a drow group called the Breag'ren d'aerthe or something, and they say the cant be exposed and attack you. its a tough fight but after i killed them, nothing happens and if you go to the left of the screen up in the corner theres a elf that says a drow poisoned him and you have to go save his sister from a banshee or something, and he gives you the location of a haunted forest where the banshee is, shes very tough and after you kill her she says that you have to go to the temple of talos to kill a demon with a claw that will give you a wish, then you can wish to be disguised as a drow. i went there and killed the demon (he was the hardest boss i ever met) and got the claw and wished that i would turn into a drow as soon as i enter deep mir forest. i go to deep mir forest and turn into a drow and search around and i cant find any drow anywhere.

am i doing something wrong or is this a bug??
