Cleric quests HELP!!

Hi, I have just killed Ti'Vael and I am looking for Inspector Ardis. I can find Chief Inspector Brage in the government district but no Ardis...
Can anyone help ?

Which temple are you working for?
As far as I can remember, Inspector Ardis does not appear the Ti'vael plot, and I can't remember killing him, though it could be different depends on your alignment. Can you tell us more about whom you are working for, and in what circumstance you killed Ti'vaer?

Ti'Vael came to me for advice about a killing. I told him to kill the witnesses, then later after more advice from me he attacked me and I killed him. I have got his head now.
If my boss comes back I have the dialogue option to say something like.. I need to speak to Inspector Ardis..
If I go back and talk to my boss he likes what I have done but says that perhaps there was more I could have done. Which I assume means Ardis ?
Hope that clears up my situation for you any ideas ?

Inspector Ardis is in the goverment district - main building.

where in the building ?
I can only find Chief inspector Brage, who is no use for this quest
