the boy from umar hill is not at cooper corenat!HELP!

that boy is not there!
i swear it..
how can i get umar hill locations besides from the boy???
and help with the kangaxx quest.
i went to the gate and found the inn but it seems that the secret door won't openn whatever i do..
any idead how to open it?

If you don't have Minsc in your party go to the Government district and in front of the government building there is a fountain. Delon(?) should be standing there. Speak to him. If Minsc is in the party this kid shows up ALL over the place.
The door in the bridge district is not secret detect for traps and it should glow red (like all trapsin the game) but it is also locked. Have your thief untrap/unlock it, or bash it down. - Curdis

The boy is in the Goverment District but after some time he will go looking for you.
And that is not kangaxx it just a (if you can call that) regular lich, open the door by a Knock spell our using a thift thivering skill.
I take it that you are talking about the Inn on the city gate.
