Is it true that you can pickpocket Adalon for her blood? If so how hard is it to do and do you lose reputation points if you have Darcin Cole complete the Armour of Human Skin?

:p

Don't rightly know. You can't pick-pocket it from her when she's in human form, but you might be able to do it while she's still a dragon. 'Tis a strange thing it is... remember in BG1 when you could pick-pocket a bandit's scalp right from it's heid without it noticing? Are they too thick-skulled to notice or something? Oh, BTW, do you know if you can get some Silver Scales from Adalon's body? Hey, I wonder how long it takes to remove all the scales from a dragon, eh? I don't imagine the dragon would be a pretty sight afterwards, neither...

As Firkraag would say... "Oh, BOTHER". I was looking forward to parading round in my nice shiny silver armour. Oh well.

Actually, the whole thing with the dragon scales in SoA does not correspond with the PnP rules. To acquire enough decent scale to fashion them into an armor, you can only use blunt weapons to kill the dragon. This makes dragon-scale armors extremely rare...

I never managed to pickpocket Adalon in dragon form for anything.
Anyway, can anyone tell me what treasure you get when you kill her? What do you get besides silver dragon blood?

If enough people wanted I could fix her so you could get lots of gems (or whatever) and some silver dragon scales, which u would have to take to cromwell to forge into an armor.

Question is what kind of attributes should Silver Dragon scale (or plate?) have? Ac1? Ac0? Bonus to electricity damage? Ac-1?

I went ahead and edited the Bam (graphic) for one of the existing Dragon scales to make silver looking ones...

AC-1, but no bonus against electricity (which is associated with Blue Dragons in ADD, perhaps 10% magic resistance?

I'd say the Silver Dragon armor should give some resistance to both electricity and paralytic effects. After all, a Silver Dragon's breath weapons are a cone of cold and a cloud of paralyzation gas...

It should have some abilities to reflect magic like magic missiles or something. Afterall it is shing (like cloak of mirroring).
I think that would be quite good.

That is a good idea  After all the armour would be quite shiny!

What alignment is Cromwell? Would he work in silver dragon scale?

You might have a point there, but I don't think letting Cromwell ignore the alignment factor would be pushing the boundaries of believability too far.

If cromwell objects I could make another dwarf who will forge it for you. So far we got these Ideas:

AC-1
Immunity to Paralyzation
Resistance to electricity (50%)
Resistance to cold (50%)
Small resistance to magic (5-10%).

Possibly spell reflection for lower level spells (1-2)

What does everyone think?

Get quite restrictive about wearing the armor: it's very powerful...(for starters, no good-aligned character would even consider wearing this...unless the scales were a gift from a dragon dying of old age (which happens all the time ;) ))

Would it be magical? Could you wear it in conjunction with Rings of Protection and stuff? Can't say that I approve of all this hacking and stuff, but still... :p
