I know of two early on... One is in the Umar Hills, speak with the villagers hiding behind the Inn, you'll meet someone who tells you a secret...
The other is in the Windspear Hills, in the Dragon's dungeons. In a cavern guarded by some golemns, it's hidden in the same spot as HeartSeeker...
