cant get out of the asylum

I think I need to kill the vampire but I don't have any stakes or else where is the builder's hand? Thanks for any help
The builder's hand is from the vampire (If I remember correctly).
There are stakes hidden somewhere in the Asylum, incase you didn't bring any along.
We'll have a walkthrough of the Asylum soon, so if you can't find the stakes, check back and hopefully we'll have a map pinpointing them for you.
