what do I use the Berjiurl stone for? Where do I find a rogue stone?

The Berjiurl stone is used for upgrading the Horn of Valhala.
Rouge stones are found serveral plavced. I know you can buy(steal) one from the merchant in Mae'Var(sp?)'s guildhouse - and there is also one on the first floor, behind one of the "locked traningdoors".
Can't remember anyother excat location

I think there are a couple of Rogue stones available to you from the Druid Grove & Temple Ruins quests - from memory.
I'm only at Chapter3 and I'm sure I've sold at least 3 of the blighters - good money, too.
