how come the half orc icon on the equipment and appearance screens are cool looking but the actual game screen half-orc icon looks dorky just like a regular guy? why the difference?

Your right they arn't hulkish like in the paper doll. Also I always thought elfs were tall and majestic, not the well short bulimic looking things we have
