How do you get up there stairs in the Copper Coronet to get the stuffed bear for the ghost boy in the graveyard? Does anyone know and is there a special way to do it? Please help.

There is also a good experience gatherer in the Copper Coronet.

Once you get past the guard travel to the end of the corridor. A guard will ask some questions you will have to get in a fight (easy). Directly in front of you is a cell containing Hendak do his quests and you will get at least 49000 XP for doing relitively little. - dont interfere with his fight he can get rather annoied.

Also after all that is over you can get the Blase of Roses from the storekeep, it's rather sweet adding 2 to your charisma as well.

I've been looking all over the Copper Coronet for Lynis - the one who killed the boy - and I can't find him. I've been through all the back rooms. Where is he?

To find him, take the stairs up to where the mistress of the courtesans is standing. Follow the hallway to your left; the person you're looking for is behind the door at your left at the end of the hall.

Be sure to give the game some time to display the character after entering the room - I've noticed that sometimes it takes a few seconds before a character is actually displayed.
