Travin and the ring of Lathander

Does anyone know WHERE in the slums Travin is? I have searched high and low. Dawnbringer Sain said to avoid violence if possible; so far this has been unexpectedly easy!!

I'm not sure if that is Travin or just a messenger, but there's a guy standing in the northern entrance of the slums. He's a Thief and you have to talk to him, I will not spoil the dialogue though
.
(Remember to come to the slums after nightfall (hour 22 I believe) otherwise he won't be there)
