Ok, since chapter three has started I've been running around finishing lots of quests, but what Quest actually ends chapter 3?

I ran around and finished Mae'Var/Renal Bloodscalp, D'arnise Hold, Trademeet, Windspear Hills, Murder in Bridge district, rescued Haer-Dalis, the little quests in the Graveyard, etc....

Starting to get a little lost here. I was going to tackle Bodhi but someone mentioned that happens in Chapter 6??

Am I getting ahead of myself here? What should I do next after chapter 3 starts?

I finished most of those quests while still being in chapter 2.

About the Bodhi-quest: you must tackle her there at that point, but it won't be definite. Later on (chapter 6), you'll return there, and then it will be final.

The only way I see to end chapter 3 is to go and complete the Quest to get to Imoen. You should have gotten that quest, to pay 15.000 gold. If you do that one, you should be able to get on a ship, headed for the Asylum, and enter the next chapters.

Jup, pay the Shadow Thieves to get there (The guy from the slums who approaches you in the beginning of the game when you enter the slums for the first time) or go talk to Bodhi, she won't be hostile yet and if you agree with her, you need to do some deeds for her and then you can get to the island with her, which ends chapter 3.
