Game crashes in Planar Prison

I'm doing that Planar Prison quest right now, and it seems every time I kill that damn Warden, the second he drops dead the game just crashes. It happened three times now, and I'm losing my nerves...
Has any of you encountered similar problems in this particular situation in the game? Is this a known bug? Or am I doing somthing wrong...
