Is There any way to remove the XP Cap in BGII SOA only if you don't have TOB?

Search on exp cap remover(that's what I would have to do to get you a more direct link). You have to replace one of the override directory files. - Curdis.

balderdash. know how your sys is patched, tho. if you no have tob, do not use tob xp cap remover from team bg!!!
