My Party for TOB

Okay, after some Questions and research and stuff, I think I have come up with a party for TOB, at least for me. But, to finalize, I want to put it forward, and get some opinions. So, here it is:

Lenaber ( me )- Monk fists, with equalizer for backup
Minsc- Dual wielding Crom Fayer, and Celestial Fury
Keldorn- Corosmyr
Jaheira- Weilidng the staff the avatar of Rillifane gives you
Imoen- Wielding the Staff of the Magi
Sarevok- Wielding whatever he comes with or the Silver Sword, whichever is better

The way I see it, Imoen and Keldorn can take down enemys's spell protections, with SpellStrike and Dispel Magic, respectively, while Minsc, Me, and Serevok pound on him/her/it into submission. Jaheira can heal. So, what do you guys think?

Not bad, but don't underestimate the power of clerics. You seem to have a lot of tanks, try out Anomen instead of Minsc, that way you get a cleric and back-up tank. :)

Thx for the suggestion, but,
I'm kind of attached to Minsc ( Go for the eyes, Boo! ), and, I never played with Amnoen in the original, and from what I've gathered, he's not that powerfull if you havn't done his NPC quest, and made him Sir Amnoen. Plus, Jaheria as a healer will get alot of level 5 spells, all of which I will dedicate to that wounderful cure-all, heal.

Probably my first party will be:
Me (totemic druid)
Sarevok
Viconia
Edwin
Valygar
Jan (for his thief skills....)

Suggestions???? I think it's a good balanced party....

Yeah, you got a couple of good spellcasters there, but I think your going to be lacking in the frontline department. With only one real tank ( sarevok ) and two back up tanks, I think maybye your going to run into trouble when the monsters get in close, and your spellcasters aren't as effective, but then again, your playing style is probably different from mine.

I agree. I have the guide and there seems to be a lot of tough fights that require brute tank force. I think you need minimum 3 high level fighter types (or of course the uber monk qualifies to). I would replace Viconia for Korgan (since you are evil). I think Korgan is going to be devastating in TOB - there is an axe in the game that with his high-mastery will make him devastating. I am a good party and I still almost feel like adding him. I know Sarevok will be the best fighter, but Korgan will only be a hair behind. I think with those 2 and to a lesser degree Valygar you won't need much added healing from Viconia, your enemies will be dead!
