Ok... I have the italian version.
1st bug: Anomen was just made knight and his name was changed to (translating) "Stop there, you can't stay here !" instead of Sir Anomen. *sighs* this sucks... please tell me there is a way to edit it.
2nd bug: the days on the interface and on the diary do not match. The diary is one day ahead... but I think it is the correct one. Any way to fix this ?

To fix the problem with Anomen's name use Shadowkeeper. You can find the link to that webpage here on the board.
To get the problem with the journal and timers not matching, download the official patch from Bioware. This was one of the problems addressed. Also take the time to download the patch fixpack from the Baldurdash website. They fix MANY bugs that the official patch never took care of.
I've used both of these and I find my game runs very well now, and virtually bug free!

thanks... I didn't notice you could browse among the NPCs too with Shadowkeep
About the patch (The official one) I had downloaded one, is there a new one ?

I don't think the patch works with the italian version.....
