evil parties

First off, is it possible to make an entirly evil party? Since Edwin, Korgan, and Viconia are the only evil NPC's in the game, the max # of evil characters in a party is 4.

Also, it seems like if you play the game evil, you will miss out on a lot of stuff (like the slaver quest, the Firkraag stuff for mr. Windspear etc. because if your evil, then who cares about a bunch of slaves or a stupid old man who lost his home to a red dragon). Correct me if I am wrong please.

Why?
You can still kill the Dragon, after all he was stupid to belive that just because you did something for him you would not attack him.
In fact you get better stuff as evil.

Korgan, Edwin, Viconia - who else do you need?

Maybe I misunderstood - but isn't the red dragon Lord Firkraag himself?

yes Firkraag is indeed the Red Dragon, but Mr. Windspear is the stupid old man who lost his home to him.

As to the other comments, point taken.

You can take the evil side of the slaver and Firkraag quests, you'll get the usual discount in the Coper Coronet and also something from Firkraag (you can still kill him if you want).

You can play evil alone, but you only get 4 characters (including your own, and not including Saverok from ToB). Does Anomen become evil if he fails his test? I've never let him fail, so I don't know. And you can't add Jaheira or Aerie if either becomes becomes a vampire.

Evil is great, as you can see there are only 3 evil npcs in bg2 but they are each the best of their type Korgan->best fighter , Edwin->best mage by far, Viconia have a low str but is still the best cleric and its really funny play as an evil, with my kensai/mage evil it was great when i encoutered drizzt and said : wait there drow, you will not get away from me so easy because i decided its is time for you to die... its really cool!

No, Anomen becomes chaotic neutral.

@craig: What do you mean "go over to"? Isn't the dark side where you start? ;)

I say don't betray the legacy of your Father. Become what you are destined to be. And leave it to others to mourn those who choose to stand in your way. :D

>>just a thought: if you're evil, you'll get to kill a silver dragon in the Underdark as well (you get 3 dragons instead of 2) ... but if you kill her, how'd you get out (my party was usually led by a chaotic neutral)?

But then if you DO kill her, you could get to wear the most evil armor ever: Human Flesh +5 ... which is pretty cool
