Currently, I've reached Spellhold, and are trying to rescue Imoen.
When I first enter the mansion, I meet up with a man named The Coordinator. I talk with him, and he promises to lead me to Imoen. On the way he shows me through the prison cells, and eventually end up in his study where Imoen meets me. Soon after, he show himself as Irenicus and he traps me in one of his 'bottles'

After some spellcasting, I end up in a dreamscenario and gets to fight Bhaal. During the fighting with Bhaal, a Demon lets me into another mansion, at the expense of one stat. After completing that quest, I end up in the Asylum dungeon level 1, where Bodhir releases me for some entertainment of her own.

Anyways, anyone tried this? After doing this, I read the walkthrough on these pages, and it occurs to me, that Buck Satan completed this, in a whole different way... possible without the loss of stat?

Any comments?

I remember that there are 2 ways to get to spellhold, but not exactly how. In the one of them you will get locked up in a cell, you have to have Yoshimo in your party though. It happens when you're talking to the pirate "leader" (don't remember his name) on the island. Then Yoshimo "convinces" him about that we're not his enemies and he suggests that we should get ourselves captured by the cowled wizards (by declaring yourself insane ). Well, but since I loaded the game and played the same way as you did (with Irenicus), I don't know how that one works. But either way I think that you have to go through the dream.

Yoshi again...... Duh ! Have u ever try using another Thief in that other method ?

hehe, I don't think you can use the other method if you don't have Yoshimo, cos it's him who makes the method possible

Just for information I have succeeded using Bordins other method without using Yoshimo on my party ! Well i got Minsc at my party so i ask him to "confince" the Pirate Lord to make me imprisoned.
Bordin mate thanx for the tip. I'll try with other chars in the next few days.
