The writers for BG2 rock.....
Gave me a little shock...

I named my guy drizzt.. out of respect

Drizzt tracks me down in game.. and confronts me with his whole gang, and..

says something like,

"So you are the scourge that has taken my name for your self, I am drizzt from icewinddale, formerly of menzo---, meet thy doom.."

and attacks! goes ape sh*t.. and whacks my party.. all why Im looking at my screen in blank amazement, almost like the game new my personal name..

Well Bioware 1 Me 0.

I...don't..know...

God only knows how many online games I've played that had at least 5 people named Drizzt. Remember B.net? Drizzt12...ooookay. For EverQuest, the admins banned names like Drizzt and Elminster immediately before the game was even released.

I'm surprised they didn't code it so you couldn't name yourself after Major AD&D characters.

Is there some easy way to defeat Drizzt and his party in order to get their items?
