Are there any problems with Xp Cap-ToB, like you cant get the new abilities,spells or such. Other mayor problems or small problems?

I need to know, please answer...

@Kael, if you really, really need to know, my suggestion is that you do a search on "exp cap" or "experience cap," and look over categories that reference ToB: it's literally been covered more than a dozen times already, with some reviews of the system providing more depth than an economist at a banker's convention.
