Is there someway to cluaconsole this item of something. I'm stuck in the sphere since my key somehow dissapeared and now i can't enter the lair where to get the daemon hart.

You didn't need a key to get into the Planar Sphere, you only needed Valygar. And once you got in, you don't need him, again. You can easily leave to get the demon heart and return without problems.
