In ToB, at level 18 druids gain a 10% resistance to all environmental damage. Now, is that cummulative? Because, as a greater werewolf, I believe they already have about 40% (maybe wrong) resistance to them already. If so, would the additional 10% be an add on to the form making it a 50% in the greater were wolf form, or will it just be applicable in the human form?

I believe that the effect is cummulative and applies both to the Human and (in the case of a shapeshifter) werewolf form.
