worn and weathered note

In the colony in slostheim, there is that general trader. you can buy form him a 'worn and weathered note' that is very strange, about this pond and extasy and now its gone and.. well its very strange. but I have no idea what to do with it, and I dont know why on earth they would put it in the game if it had no story value... maybe they would but I want to explore all other possibilities before i accept that. i mean not much else is just random worthless flotsam... ok well if you have any ideas on that do tell.

I may not be remembering this right, but doesn't that link into the Sugar Guy (who has a dead guy in a pond out back)?

no, i think its by an argonian, but it mentions being taken from his homeland and how they miss it so much

I don't think I've ever seen an Argonian in Solstheim. Excluding the boat guy who'll take you there from Khuul. He-who-basks-something something?? It seems like the makers of Morrowind always initially had high hopes, and put all kinds of random things in to be made into quests, but then there was so much, they just couldn't get around to it all. Perhaps the makers of Fable should take a lesson. It's called a deadline.

as well as...

plus the notes from the pawnbroker to the orc in caldera about "bashing time" they want to "encourage" a complete soak who also lives in caldera to pay up before he gets any more cyrollic brandy, and i was looking forward to helping one side or the other. i guess it is just something added to make the game more realistic, like the children, and the interacing npc's, and the effects of reputation

and if you didn't notice the absolutely dripping sarcasm, then i shall deal with you later.
